What exactly is a "visa change", and who needs one?
It is the process of moving from one UAE visa status to another — most often from an expiring tourist or visit visa onto a new one, or onto an employment entry permit — without going back to your home country. It usually involves exiting and re-entering the UAE, which is what our packages arrange for you.
Should I take the visa change by bus or by flight?
By bus is the more economical route and travels to a land border and back the same day. By flight is faster and more comfortable, and is the sensible choice if you have mobility, timing or nationality considerations. We will tell you honestly which one fits your case before you pay.
What documents do I need for a UAE tourist visa?
Normally a colour passport copy with at least six months' validity, a recent passport-size photograph on a plain background, and your confirmed travel details. Some nationalities need additional supporting documents. Send us the passport page on WhatsApp and we will send you the exact list for your case.
How long does a visa take to come through?
Processing is decided by the immigration authorities, not by the agency, and it varies by visa type, nationality and season. We confirm the current expected turnaround at the time you apply and keep you updated until the visa is issued — we do not promise timings we cannot control.
Can you book hotels and tickets for travel outside the UAE?
Yes. Hotel bookings are worldwide, and air tickets cover full-service and low-cost carriers on any route. We also handle post-booking changes such as date changes, re-issues and extra baggage.
Do I really need travel insurance?
For many destinations it is not optional — Schengen and several other consulates will reject an application without valid medical cover for the full trip. Even where it is not required, it is the cheapest part of a trip and the one you are gladdest to have. We issue policies alongside the visa so the dates always match.
